Well, I don't know about the list, and I don't know about Mel... but I am not surprised that Denzel Washington is on that list.
Christian or not, he is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood, and is an absolute pleasure to watch. I remember his first serious role -- as one of the doctors on St. Elsewhere.
I try to watch him whenever I can. With the exception of The Siege, I cannot recall a movie he starred in that I did not like, or feel was a worthwhile expenditure of time and money.
It is good to know that he is playing for our Lord's team, though.
Couldn't agree with you more about Denzel. I read an interview with him in Reader's Digest and his devotion to his family and to God is real, sincere and genuine. I have a lot of respect for him.
