The Works of Jonathan Edwards Online
This has been a labor of love at Yale for many years, now we get to benefit from the fruit of their labor. If you don't know, Edwards is considered the greatest Theological thinker of America. But not only was he a tremendous intellect, he had a deep, abiding affection for the Lord.
This site is definitely worth bookmarking.

I alos recommend Calvin College's Christian Classics Ethereal Libray at http://www.ccel.org/ where you can find many of the works of great Christian thinkers online in various formats for download or viewing online. I often use the Matthew Henry Commentary to explain my reading of Scripture.
